Lead Installer

Job DescriptionPosition Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Installer to join our installation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing and setting up large, heavy equipment, as well as the ability to read technical plans and communicate effectively with contractors, salespeople, and customers. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to precision, and the ability to lead by example on-site.Key Responsibilities:Perform on-site delivery and installation of equipmentUncrate and set equipment in place according to plans and specificationsLevel equipment accurately to ensure proper function and safetyConduct a final walkthrough with customers and obtain sign-off to confirm successful installationTake detailed photographs of the finished installation for records and documentationServe as the main point of contact between the installation team, contractors, and salespeople during on-site workTroubleshoot and solve problems as they arise during the installation processQualifications & Skills:Ability to travel, including some overnight tripsValid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to read and interpret installation plans and schematicsExperience handling and moving heavy equipment safelyProficient in operating a Skytrax and forklift (current certification is a plus)Must have and maintain your own basic installation toolsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesExcellent communication skills to work effectively with customers, contractors, and internal teamsHigh attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:3+ years of experience in equipment or technical installationOSHA certification or safety training is a plusJoin our team and be a key player in bringing high-quality equipment installations to life.
