About the RoleWe’re hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to own the systems, data, and infrastructure that power our marketing function. As our martech stack and lifecycle programs have grown more sophisticated, we need a dedicated owner for the operational backbone that all other marketing work depends on.This is a hands-on role for someone who lives at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology. You’ll own our Braze instance, partner closely with our Salesforce Admin on lead flow and integrations, design and maintain our lead scoring framework, and build the reporting and attribution infrastructure that helps us understand what’s working. You’ll be the person who makes sure campaigns can actually run, leads get routed correctly, data is clean, and decisions are grounded in trustworthy numbers.You’ll work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager and our Marketing Specialist, and partner cross-functionally with Sales, Salesforce Administration, Engineering, and Finance.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the marketing technology stack, including Braze, Pardot, Salesforce (marketing-side), GA4, and Sprout SocialDesign, build, and maintain lifecycle Canvases in Braze across merchant and partner audiences, including segmentation logic, Liquid personalization, and webhook integrations with SalesforceOwn lead data quality end-to-end: import processes, deduplication, list hygiene, source attribution, and ongoing auditsBuild and maintain our lead scoring framework in Pardot and Salesforce, partnering with Sales on SQL definitions and qualification criteriaLead the application flow audit and phone verification rollout to improve lead quality and reduce drop-offBuild and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting infrastructure pulling from Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Braze, GA4, and Sprout SocialOwn UTM standards, conversion tracking, and attribution hygiene across paid and owned channelsPartner with the Salesforce Admin and Engineering on integrations, webhooks, and data flow between marketing and sales systemsDocument processes, build runbooks, and create the operational infrastructure that lets the team scaleSupport the eventual sunset of Pardot and full migration to Braze, including data architecture decisions and migration planningQualifications4+ years of experience in marketing operations, martech, or a closely related disciplineHands-on experience administering a marketing automation or customer engagement platform (Braze strongly preferred; Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Pardot also relevant)Working knowledge of Salesforce from a marketing perspective: campaigns, lead and contact objects, lead routing, and the marketing-to-sales handoffStrong data fluency: comfort with CSV manipulation, segmentation logic, deduplication, and diagnosing data quality issuesExperience designing or significantly contributing to a lead scoring frameworkFamiliarity with GA4, UTM frameworks, and multi-channel attributionStrong documentation habits and a process-oriented mindsetComfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, and Finance stakeholdersClear written communication, particularly around explaining technical concepts to non-technical partnersNice-to-HavesExperience in fintech, lending, SaaS, or B2B servicesExperience with Braze specifically, including Canvas design, Liquid templating, and the Braze APIExperience managing a Pardot-to-Braze migration or a comparable platform transitionFamiliarity with SQL or experience pulling data directly from a warehouseExperience with BI or visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Salesforce certifications or comparable martech credentialsCompensation & BenefitsCompensation will be commensurate with experience.401(k) with company matchingHealth, dental, vision, and life insurancePaid time off and holidaysScheduleMonday to Friday9:00 am - 5:00 pm In-person at our Miami headquarters located in Waterford Business District
