The Site Manager will have full authority to act for the Contractor on all matters relating to Contract Performance. Please note this role for a proposal and is contingent upon a contract award. Relocation will be provided if necessary.Major Duties and Responsibilities:The Site Manager shall provide overall supervision for the Contractor employees to include, but not limited to:planning and managing the contract professionallycoaching and mentoring supervisors and leads ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resourcesensuring that accurate and timely reports are providedeffective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of services orderedexecute cost saving factors and quality controls to ensure work is performed as scheduled and at a fair and reasonable cost.The Site Manager shall provide overall management coordination and serve as the central point of contact (POC) with the Government for all work under the contract.Required Qualifications:US CitizenBachelor's degree or higher in Distribution Management, Business Management, or Business AdministrationAt least five (5) years of experience in Distribution Management-OR have at least ten (10) years of management experience in distribution operations similar to the size and complexity to the operations offered in this contract.Experience shall include a minimum of three (3) years of experience using automated warehouse management systems within the past five (5) years.Possess the knowledge and skills required to plan, control, manage, and successfully complete the work.Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.Demonstrated DoD supply chain management experience; highly preferredBenefits:Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance401-K plus matchPaid Vacation daysPaid holidaysShort Term and Long-Term DisabilityVoluntary Term LifeTJFACT is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
