LADC or Dual Lic Therapist/Mental Health Candidate

Job Description This is a full time position.DutiesWe are hiring a full-time Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor/Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP) or MA level Mental Health Practitioner working towards licensure (clinical supervision and support provided) for our Wilder Recovery Services team. The ideal candidate will have experience and passion for substance use and mental health treatment, supporting a diverse community of adults, adolescents and their families. Applicant will run approximately 3/2hr groups a week in a culturally specific, co-occurring outpatient program and carry a 12 person caseload. If interested, applicant can engage in community work and provide education and support in one of the Ramsey County High Schools that we partner with.Job QualificationsLicensed as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). Master&#39;s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Counseling. Social work practitioners must be LGSW. Qualified candidates must pass a DHS net study and be free of problematic chemical use for at least 2 years. Candidates who are bilingual in Hmong or Karen preferred (additional compensation given).
