Shifts can be flexible.Part time and full time availability.Holidays OffWork both independently, as well as with our Rockstar team.Best of all - every day, you'll be making a real difference in the lives of the clients that we serve!Do you think you have what it takes to join our team and mission?Potential new team member requirements:Must have valid driver's NYS licenseReliable transportation to get to multiple job sites in one dayMust be able to pass thorough background checkAbility to lift 20 pounds, bend, stand, scrub, kneel often throughout the dayAble and willing to climb laddersJob Responsibilities:Perform a variety of cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing, scrubbing, organizing, and maintaining both residential and commercial spaces.Clean interior and exterior windows, including ladder work as needed.Operate commercial floor machines for floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and maintaining floors to professional standards. Experience with stripping and waxing floors required.Clean and maintain commercial kitchens, including exhaust hoods and detailed kitchen cleaning.Ensure all rooms and work areas are cared for and inspected according to our highest cleaning standards.Protect equipment and report any damages, malfunctions, or inadequacies promptly.Assist clients with reasonable complaints and requests with professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude.Communicate, coordinate, and work pleasantly with all team members throughout the day to efficiently complete jobs.Follow team leader instructions while also taking initiative and working independently when needed.Check stocking levels of cleaning supplies and consumables, requesting replacements when appropriate.Adhere strictly to health and safety rules and remain aware of all company-related practices and procedures.Must be able and willing to climb ladders safely and perform physically demanding tasks.All shifts available — Part-Time & Full-Time opportunities.Compensation based on performance, reliability, integrity, and work ethic.Benefits:Flexible scheduleOn-the-job trainingOpportunities for advancementLicense/Certification:Driver's License (Required)Ability to Commute:Liverpool, NY 13088 (Preferred)Work Location: In person
