Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh for an Owner role at HeavyTask. The Owner will oversee the company's strategic direction by developing and implementing business strategies, managing key operations, and identifying growth opportunities. Daily responsibilities include leading teams, ensuring operational efficiency, fostering client relationships, managing budgets, and ensuring successful project execution. The Owner is expected to represent the vision of the company, drive innovation, and make strategic decisions to achieve organizational goals. Qualifications Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to guide diverse teams and make strategic business decisionsExperience with digital products, including custom website development, enterprise software, and mobile application deliveryProficiency in business development, growth strategies, and financial managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challengesProven track record in innovation, project planning, and executionBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Prior experience in a leadership or entrepreneurial role in technology or digital enterprises preferred
