Program Manager - Operations

Overview In this role, you will design and operate the program backbone for REGENT’s Seaglider programs, starting with Viceroy. You’ll establish cadence, risk management, and gate readiness, delivering a lean, scalable operating system for fast-moving hardware programs. You’ll implement tooling and drive adoption across engineering teams to accelerate progress. You’ll work closely with program leadership to surface honest health metrics and enable predictable gates.
