Requirements: Regular and predictable attendance, safely perform tasks and adherence to all safety policies and procedures are essential functions of this job. Competent in core-software programs: Microsoft Office Suite, must be proficient in Excel, Epicor preferred Must be able to multitask prioritization of tasks Must be detailed orientated and able to work independently Previous production scheduling or purchasing experience preferred Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing with all levels the organization as well as external customers Previous Customer Service experience preferred Responsibilities: Receive and process orders directly from our facilities via purchase order or software service connect.
