Overview In this role you will drive front-end delivery in a consulting setting, shaping modern web interfaces for diverse stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore delivery models, delivering responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly web experiences. You’ll mentor staff and lead technical discussions whileHands-on implementing a modern JS stack to solve complex UI challenges. ResponsibilitiesHands-on development with JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3 in modern frameworksBuild and maintain UI using ReactJS, Angular, or CanJSUnit testing with Jasmine, QUnit, and related frameworksEnsure responsive/adaptive design and cross-browser compatibilityImplement web accessibility and SEO techniquesDebugging and performance optimization in development toolsCollaborate with offshore/onshore teams and diverse stakeholdersMentor and contribute to leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teamsTravel as required in a management consulting context Key requirementsAt least 7 years of IT experienceExperience leading or mentoring staff (3+ years)Experience in management consulting environment with travelStrong front-end stack: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3Hands-on experience with ReactJS, Angular, or CanJSFamiliarity with Jasmine, QUnitProficiency with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and build tools (Webpack, Grunt, Gulp)Knowledge of debugging, performance optimization, accessibility, and SEOExperience with onsite/offshore delivery model and cross-functional collaborationteam playeranalytical skillsability to work with diverse stakeholdersObject-oriented JavaScriptHTML5CSS3
