This project involves designing, building, and maintaining high-quality software packages for deployment across a global endpoint environment. Your contribution is critical to ensuring application compatibility with least-privilege and Secure Workstation standards. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesThis role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:Package, test, and deploy Windows-based applications through Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM) and cloud-based solutions.Manage macOS application packaging and deployment leveraging JAMF.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish application packaging standards, streamline deployment processes, and maintain application compliance.Manage incident and problem tickets related to end-user architecture, providing prompt resolution and communication to stakeholders.Conduct lifecycle management and QA testing for key productivity tools, hardware, and services, ensuring compatibility, security, and performance standards.Required Skills & Experience:We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful contract engagements. The ideal candidate will have:In-depth understanding of enterprise endpoint technologies, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Entra ID and Active Directory, and Group Policy.Hands-on experience packaging Windows applications using Endpoint Manager (SCCM) and Intune.Proficiency with JAMF for MacOS administration and application distribution.Strong scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, VBScript) for automating tasks and streamlining configuration management.Demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Familiarity with modern CI/CD methodologies for continuous application delivery is a plus.- W2 only (No C2C or 1099 contractors)
