This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, overseeing all philanthropic and marketing functions, and actively engaging with current and prospective donors, funders, and community stakeholders. The Vice President will also be accountable for fundraising performance, revenue projections, and progress toward annual goals, with a focus on donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Candidates for the Vice President position should have a proven track record in philanthropy and development, with at least 7 years' experience and a Master's degree preferred. Specific requirements include a genuine passion for supporting individuals with intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities, experience in partnering with a Board of Directors, and success in various fundraising revenue streams.
