RSM helps students of all levels become more confident in math and develop a deeper understanding of the subject.We are seeking a Regional HR Representative to support RSM schools within the Northeast. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a supportive HR team to deliver high-quality support across the employee lifecycle, helping drive trust, compliance and operational excellence.Role Responsibilities:Build strong, positive relationships with employeesSupport onboarding efforts and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and programsManage employment lifecycle events including hiring, changes, transfers and offboardingPartner with the Benefits team to support open enrollment and deliver employee benefits education servicesProvide guidance on employee relations matters and company policiesStay current on employment laws and regulationsSupport change initiatives through effective communication and engagement activitiesAnalyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvementsCollaborate closely with the HR Operations team to ensure seamless service deliveryYour Experience and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field2+ years of HR experience, preferably supporting multiple locationsExperience working with HR systems and generating reportsStrong analytical skills and comfort working with workforce dataProficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)High attention to detail and strong sense of urgencyProfessional communication skillsCommitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalismHR certification preferredBenefits:RSM offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees (upon meeting certain criteria) to support your health, well-being, and financial future.
