We take great pride in "Our People" and believe they are our greatest asset.Affordable Medical, Pharmacy, and DentalLife and Disability Insurance401k Profit Trust PlanPTO (Paid Time Off)Growth OpportunitiesKey ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot machinery to determine root cause of mechanical failurePLC Experience is a plusFollow all safety precautions, including lockout and tagRepair machinery/equipment and complete preventative maintenance measuresMaintain machines, equipment, tools, and work area in a clean and safe manner.Perform various shop facility maintenance activities on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.Forklift ExperienceWork from Scissor Lift when neededQualificationsPrior work experience on equipment in a manufacturing settingExtensive experience with industrial power tools strongly preferred Experience with repairs to hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment and machinesMust have experience with 110, 220, 480, single phase, 3 phase wiringMust be able to follow safety protocols during all repair workKnowledge of electrical controls a plus Must be able to use basic measuring equipmentRequires average math skills, simple oral communication skills; ability to read and comprehend instructions written in English and complete simple logs and reports in EnglishMust be physically able to handle heavy items including lifting, pushing, pulling, and positioning components and equipmentMust be able to work scheduled hours and comply with the company’s timekeeping policy and all other company policiesMust be able to consistently stand for entire 8-hour shiftKnowledge of basic machining practices and materials is a plus, as is general mechanical knowledgeAbility to work in a team settingAccuracy Reliability 1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm (Monday through Friday)To perform this job successfully, you must be able to report daily to the company's Clarksville, TX branch to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
