What we expect from youWhat We're Looking For • Education: High school diploma or GED. • Experience: At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role (6+ months of supervisory experience preferred). • Leadership Skills: Ability to multitask, motivate your team, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism. • Physical Stamina: Be prepared for a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs. • Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed. • Certification: Willingness to complete ServSafe certification during training.
