We are growing and looking for a strong Sales Manager to lead, develop, and elevate our sales team.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced, driven, and operationally focused Sales Manager to oversee our sales team and help them consistently achieve performance goals. This leader will be responsible for coaching, training, motivating, and managing the team while building a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and results.The ideal candidate is both people focused and highly data driven. They know how to turn metrics into action, improve processes, and help sales professionals perform at a higher level. This person should bring strong leadership skills, a passion for team development, and a disciplined operational mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and support the daily performance of the sales teamCoach team members to improve sales skills, call quality, follow up, and conversion performanceTrain new and existing team members on best practices, sales processes, and performance expectationsMotivate the team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goalsUse data and reporting to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive improvementEstablish clear KPIs, scorecards, and accountability measures for the teamPartner with leadership to improve sales processes, workflows, and operational efficiencyConduct regular one on one meetings, team meetings, and performance reviewsIdentify gaps in performance and create action plans for improvementHelp build a high performance culture centered on discipline, urgency, service, and resultsCollaborate across departments to improve the customer experience and support company growthQualificationsProven experience leading and managing a sales teamStrong coaching and training background with a track record of improving team performanceHighly data driven with experience using metrics, dashboards, and reporting to manage outcomesOperational mindset with the ability to create structure, improve processes, and drive accountabilityExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to motivate teams while maintaining high standards and clear expectationsComfortable working in a fast paced, performance oriented environmentPreferred experience in financial services, senior care, healthcare, benefits, or related industriesIdeal Candidate ProfileA natural leader who enjoys helping others succeedA hands on manager who can balance strategy with day to day executionSomeone who uses numbers to make decisions and improve performanceA process oriented operator who values consistency, accountability, and efficiencyA strong communicator who can inspire confidence and action across the teamWhat we OfferA competitive compensation with base salary of $70 - $75k plus commissions along with a generous flex PTO program, group benefits and 401(k).
