In this role, you’ll partner closely with Capital Markets, treasury and accounting to execute transactions and ensure all aspects of internal and external reporting are correct. This role is ideal for a capital markets professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail and can manage several projects/priorities at a time.Duties & ResponsibilitiesExecute investor loan allocation strategy on a daily/weekly basis. Prepare and close whole loan transactions with investorsDirectly interface with investors when completing loan salesEnsure data flow is accurate from time of salePartner with Accounting team to summarize monthly transactions and investigate any discrepanciesCommunicate sale cadence and pipeline to Treasury and the rest of the Capital Group to enable efficient cash planningAssist with ad hoc transactions for investors such as transfers or financingsEnsure daily/monthly reporting is delivered timely/accuratelyAd hod support of other Capital Markets transactions (generating loan tapes, performance analysis, etc.)RequirementsDevelopment & Expertise5-7 years of experience in consumer lending, FinTech, or financial services. Proficiency in Excel and SQLStrong analytical skillsetLeadership & CollaborationExceptional written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally across Finance, Risk, Accounting, Legal, and Operations teams. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
