With reliability, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset, you'll gain exposure to a variety of warehouse operations including shipping, inventory, quality control, and forklift use.If you're organized, dependable, and ready to learn, this is the opportunity to join a stable team that invests in your future.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder ProcessingReview incoming orders and verify details using warehouse inventory/shipping softwarePick and prepare products for shipment accurately and efficientlyLabel items and ensure packing lists match shipment contentsBoxing & PackagingUse appropriate packing materials to prevent damage in transitEnsure boxes are properly sealed, labeled, and meet safety/quality standardsShipping & FulfillmentPrepare outgoing shipments for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other carriersGenerate and attach shipping labels, verify addresses, and meet shipping deadlinesInventory CoordinationAssist with regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory recordsReport low stock or discrepancies to supervisorsWorkstation MaintenanceKeep packing/shipping area clean, stocked, and well-organizedReport any broken equipment or safety issues immediatelyTeam CollaborationCommunicate effectively with customer service, inventory, and shipping teamsSupport a smooth workflow across all departmentsQualificationsStrong attention to detail and basic computer skillsClear and effective communicationReliable attendance and punctualityMust be a team player with a willingness to learnAbility to regularly lift, move, or carry up to 45 lbs (solo or with a partner)Physically able to push, pull, bend, squat, stand, and reach throughout the shiftIf you're a reliable and punctual individual looking for a stable, long-term opportunity with room to grow, we'd love to hear from you.
