Job title: Senior Cloud EngineerJob type: PermSalary: 170,000 - 230,000Role Location: Austin, TXThe company: Automotive ManufacturerRole And ResponsibilitiesYou will manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters, develop self-service PaaS features, and ensure operational excellence in a hybrid environment Designing secure and efficient networking between environments Handling huge volumes of sensor data (video, lidar, telemetry) Supporting ML pipelines (training, validation, deployment) Bridging edge (vehicle) systems with cloud infrastructure Ensuring low-latency and high-reliability systems for safety-critical applications Integrating cloud workloads with on-prem or edge compute (vehicles, data centers) Job RequirementsIdeal candidates will have strong skills in Kubernetes, GCP, and DevOps principles Bachelors in Computer Science preferred, but not required This is a hybrid role out of Austin, TX.
