Position SummaryPalletizes the larger elements of playground items, such as beams, climbing structures, fixtures, and more!Hours: M-TH 3 PM-1 AM.VALUESInnovation Commitment & Passion Integrity Team & Relationships Duties And ResponsibilitiesPackage each part in a way that prohibits damage Ensures the label on the packaging will match the label on the part Work as a team when loading parts onto a pallet Check for quality defects Take direction from the team lead for position rotation ATTRIBUTESAble to work in a team environment Able to multi-task Able to rotate to other positions when needed QualificationsAble to lift 50 lbs.Previous manufacturing experience preferredBasic computer knowledge preferred High school diploma/GED preferredThe target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
