The role operates in a dynamic environment, requiring adaptability to shifting missions, priorities, and organizational structures. The ideal candidate will support senior government leaders by ensuring efficient business processes, delivering clear and actionable insights, and maintaining continuity in operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide advisory and analytical support to senior military and civilian leadershipAnalyze complex issues and present findings in clear, concise formatsDevelop and deliver briefings for executive‐level stakeholdersSupport and improve business processes across the organizationTrack, manage, and prioritize tasks using enterprise tracking systems (e.g., ETS)Exercise sound judgment and decision‐making in the absence of formal guidanceMaintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive informationAdapt to evolving organizational structures and mission requirementsRequired QualificationsExperience supporting senior leadership (DoD or federal experience preferred)Strong analytical, writing, and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environmentExperience with task tracking systems (ETS or similar tools)Active Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)Equal‐Opportunity Employment StatementSFS is an equal‐opportunity employer.
