Dietitian
• The Dietitian, in collaboration with Dietary Services, acts as a resource to dietary staff to ensure delivery of a nutrition care program in accordance with standards established by the Arbour.• Master's Degree Required • Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) in MA. • Appropriately identifies patients at nutrition risk• Assesses diet order based on patient's age, current• Accurately assess physical limitations that may compromise nutritional status.• Accurately calculate metabolic needs, i.e., energy, protein, fluid, and/or other specific nutrients.• Recommends appropriate nutrition intervention based on subjective and objective data.• Accurately documents the initial and ongoing assessment of the patient's nutritional status and progress as determined by chart review.• Accurately documents the initial and ongoing assessment of the patient's nutritional status and progress as determined by chart review.• Oversees the completion of diet slips three times a week for all patients with special dietary needs as observed by the manager of Dietary Services
