Job Description Warehouse Operations Associate – DistributionWe are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operations Associate to support daily activities within a fast-paced distribution environment. This role focuses on inventory handling, order preparation, and material movement to ensure products are processed and shipped accurately and efficiently.Shift is a 6:30am-2:30pm$17.51/hr.The RoleSupports daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, and shipping.Uses RF (Radio Frequency) scanning equipment to track inventory movement and update warehouse management systems.Moves cases, cartons, and packaged goods between work areas, storage locations, and shipping zones.Loads and unloads incoming and outgoing shipments manually or with non-powered equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.Assists with order picking, sorting, staging, and palletizing materials for distribution.Builds pallets and prepares outbound shipments for transportation.Assembles shipping containers and prepares materials for transport as required.Maintains organized work areas and ensures products are stored safely and accurately.Operates warehouse support equipment such as freight elevators and basic packaging equipment.Assists with inventory counts and general warehouse housekeeping.Performs other operational duties as assigned to support workflow demands.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.6 months – 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment preferred.Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred (Manhattan WMS a plus).Familiarity with Radio Frequency (RF) scanners preferred.Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.Good verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a team-based warehouse environment.Company Descriptionwww.hammeshr.comCompany Descriptionwww.hammeshr.com
