This role plays a critical part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of equipment in industrial settings.Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on rotating equipment.Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs as necessary.Install and align machinery and equipment according to specifications.Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.Ability to use precision measuring tools, dial calipers, inside / outside mics and dial indicatorsAbility to perform precision alignmentExcellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues promptlyStrong communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical information clearlyAdhere to safety protocols and standards in all maintenance activitiesOther duties as assignedMINIMUM ESSENTIAL QUALIFACTIONS:Minimum High School Diploma or EquivalentMinimum of 2 years of related work experience.Minimum High School Diploma or EquivalentPossess and maintain a valid driver’s license to include a safe driving record satisfactory to the company.
