The superintendent's role is to ensure tasks required to facilitate the construction of the project on site are implemented while utilizing CORE's best practices in safety, quality, schedule and cost while maintaining relationships with both our trade partners and our clients. These large-scale projects are often for a wide range of institutional clients, including colleges, universities, K-12 districts, municipalities, healthcare systems and more.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeoutCoach subcontractors on safe construction practices, including healthcare-specific safety and ICRA complianceEnforce quality control standards and ensure timely correction of subcontractor deficienciesMaintain and manage the project schedule, including critical path coordinationFacilitate subcontractor coordination to minimize disruptions in active and occupied facilitiesCollaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve challenges and unforeseen conditionsReview and interpret drawings, specifications, RFIs, ASIs, and material submittalsPrepare daily field reports and weekly schedule updatesEnsure compliance with CORE best practices related to safety, quality, schedule, and cost controlMinimum 10 years construction experienceMinimum 5 years supervisory experienceStrong communications skills, both written and verbalComplete and detailed experience with subcontractor and construction sequencingUnderstanding of ASI's, RFI's and Material SubmittalsTechnology: Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project, Bluebeam and ProcoreExperience with CMAR and/or Design/Build delivery methodsMust work well in a team environment and be committed to client serviceMust be willing to travel within the state of ArizonaOSHA 30A valid Driver's LicenseThis is an exempt position under the Fair Labor Standards Act and employee is not eligible for overtime compensation.CORE provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
