Altogether, the company employs nearly 4,800 talented and dedicated employees in North America.The Compounder I manufactures bulk products in compliance with FDA, CGMP, and company requirements. This role requires precision, strong attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety and documentation standards to prevent costly errors and ensure product quality.Key ResponsibilitiesFollow all CGMP, SOP, safety, and environmental proceduresSet up, operate, clean, and sanitize tanks and compounding equipmentWeigh, verify, and compound raw materials per approved batch recordsLearn and execute batch formulas, including mixing, heating, and cooling stepsAccurately complete manufacturing documentationInspect materials, tanks, and equipment for accuracy, cleanliness, and performanceUse scales, meters, and measurement tools accuratelyOperate lifts and handle materials safelyPerform basic equipment troubleshooting and coordinate with Maintenance, QC, R&D, and SupervisionIdentify and report discrepancies promptlyMaintain clean, sanitary work areas and wear required PPESupport continuous improvement and perform other assigned dutiesThe physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle 55-gallon drums, prolonged standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stair climbing. Ability to wear respirator and PPE. No chemical sensitivities impacting job performance.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of compounding experience (cosmetics or FDA-regulated industry preferred)Pre-weigh experience preferredMechanical aptitude and basic tool knowledgeStrong math, documentation, and English communication skillsBasic computer skills (MS Office preferred)Reliable attendance; ability to work independently and in teamsFlexible to work extended hours during peak productionThe work environment includes manufacturing/compounding areas, wet, noisy environments with forklift traffic, and moderate lighting.KDC-ONE is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, age, sex, gender, disability or any other characteristic protected by law.
