Serenity Knolls, situated in the San Geronimo Valley just 10 minutes west of Fairfax, currently has an opening for an Full Time NOC Behavioral Health Associate to join our team. Our facility has a total capacity of 42 beds, accommodating individuals aged 18 and older, including 6 beds designated for detoxification services. Directs residents in a clear, concise, and informative mannerContributes to the Comprehensive Treatment Plan through participation in treatment planning meetings and processAbility to self-motivate and possess strong time-management and organizational skills while managing a high volume of client interactions.Completes any necessary client centered paperwork in a timely manner.Demonstrates good moral character and even temperament necessary to gain and maintain credibility and trust of persons being served, peers, and management staff. Great organizational skills.Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or in a human service related fieldTreatment planning, clinical documentation, behavioral health, substance abuse, case management experience is preferred.HoursTues-Saturday or Sunday -Thurs 8:30am -5:30pm or 9:00am- 5:30pm
