Field Service Manager North Florida/South Georgia

Cosmo Cabinets is located in GA. We are looking for a Field Service Manager to be located in our office in Atlanta, GA. We are manufacturing European-style kitchen cabinets servicing multi-family apartments, senior housing, and student housing markets. More information is available at www.cosmocabinets.comThe Field Service Manager is responsible to manage and oversee the supply and install of Kitchen Cabinets for multi-family new construction and renovation projects that are typically between 50 - 500 Units. You will be managing over 6-8 cabinet and countertop projects in different stages at a time.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Effectively manage multiple projects from inception to delivery, through installationField measure job sites prior to installationReview and QC all submittal/shop drawings prior to client reviewCommunicate directly with customers, plant, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional and timely mannerManage subcontracts for Cabinets and InstallationFormulate RFI's & change ordersHandle and manage onsite coordination with contractors and subsAttain and check field measurements; coordinate with other trades to ensure a successful installationMaintain and coordinate material deliveries to ensure project schedules are being metAccurately process billings to customers and change authorization to subcontractorsSupervisory Responsibility:Directing project-related activities of the project team members.Preferred Education and Skills (in addition to the required):Bachelor's degree preferredMS Excel skills is an advantageRequired Education and Skills:5+ years of experience in kitchen cabinets or a similar industryAble to read architectural drawings/blueprintsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent problem solving and conflict resolution skillsDemonstrated leadership skillsAbility to take initiativeAbility to travel extensively in the southeast US by carPowered by JazzHR769jZihxMl
