We have built over 3,500 pre-stressed concrete liquid storage tanks over the past 90 years around the country and world, as a result we have become the leader in the industry when it comes to quality and innovation.As a Learning Experience Designer, you will help build DN's Learning & Enablement function within Talent Management & HR Technology. In this role, you'll design practical, field-forward learning experiences that strengthen role readiness, employee capability, and adoption of talent programs across DN. This is inclusive of developing full learning programs, curricula, eLearning content, facilitator materials, job aids, guides, and other enablement resources for field and office audiences. Partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Operations, and People Team partners to translate business needs, role expectations, competency frameworks, and field realities into learning solutions that are accessible, scalable, and easy to apply in the flow of work.ResponsibilitiesDesign field-forward learning programs, curricula, courses, and learner experiences that support onboarding, role readiness, development, and employee capability across DN.Translate business priorities, role expectations, competency frameworks, and stakeholder input into practical learning roadmaps, program designs, learning objectives, content outlines, and learner journeys.Develop eLearning modules, instructor-led and virtual training materials, facilitator guides, participant resources, job aids, checklists, videos, communications, and other learning assets that are clear, accessible, and easy to use.Partner with Operations, HR Business Partners and People Team partners to identify learning needs, validate content, support implementation, and ensure solutions work in field and office environments.Equip and enable HRBPs and program owners with the tools, resources, guidance, and talking points needed to reinforce learning and drive adoption.Apply adult learning principles, instructional design practices, learner experience design, and blended learning strategies to create engaging and measurable solutions.Support field training pathways and learning experiences by creating consistent standards, materials, and resources that help employees understand expectations and build capability in current and future roles.Build and maintain learning content in DN's learning platforms and content repositories, ensuring materials are accurate, current, organized, and aligned to governance standards.Evaluate learning effectiveness using learner feedback, stakeholder input, completion/adoption data, performance indicators, and business context;
