The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the quality operations across multiple sites, with a focus on maintaining a strong internal culture and quality presence. This role is pivotal in acting as the principal strategic interface with global health authorities, ensuring compliance, and driving the overall performance and inspection readiness of the sites. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' of quality operations leadership experience within the oral solid dosage sector, with a specific emphasis on the Asia-Pacific region. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a strong desire to lead teams and cultural transformation is essential.Key responsibilities for this role include proactively identifying and implementing improvements to enhance compliance and performance, aligning regional priorities with global quality standards, and contributing to the design and enhancement of the quality system and compliance framework. The role also involves leading the development of quality unit goals, managing budgets and workforce strategies, and ensuring rigorous compliance with cGxP regulations. The candidate should have a proven track record of effective communication, both within the organization and with external health authorities, and the ability to lead and partner with regional quality leaders to ensure consistent execution of policies and procedures.
