We partner with property owners and operators to design and deploy networks that keep guests connected.We are a values-based team that prioritizes humility, service, growth, and integrity.The RoleYou’ll work remotely but must live within one hour of Austin, TX (we’ll also consider candidates within one hour of San Antonio). Travel to offices or client sites is occasional (10–15%).This role blends inbound lead response with outbound prospecting, giving you hands-on experience in both sides of growing pipeline. You’ll have weekly mentorship from an experienced Sandler Coach, helping you grow into a full-cycle sales professional.What You’ll DoRespond to inbound inquiries from RV parks and related properties Make outbound calls/emails (100+ touches weekly) to generate new opportunities Qualify needs and recommend solutions Manage leads and opportunities in our CRM Participate in coaching and apply Sandler consultative sales methods Help improve messaging and process What We’re Looking For2–4 years of sales, customer service, SDR, or BDR experience Someone seeking an opportunity, not a stopgap or place to retire Coachable, humble, curious, hungry Comfortable making outbound calls Strong communicator AND listener Organized and accountable Self-motivated and team-oriented Wants a path, not a paycheck Nice to HaveTelecom/internet/tech experience CRM familiarity Small-business or property-management experience Why Join UsSales training and mentorship from a seasoned Sandler Sales Coach True career development in a growing organization Values-based culture Remote flexibility with a Texas team Base + commission
