RFQ Coordination Analyst
Role OverviewStep into a pivotal supporting role that keeps our quoting engine running. As an RFQ Coordination Analyst, you will transform incoming requests for quotation into organized, review-ready packages and keep cross-functional partners aligned on timelines and deliverables.A Day in the LifeYou start by reviewing new RFQs, drawings, specifications, and customer documentation. You sort and prioritize requests, set up folders, and enter data into our ERP system and spreadsheets. You ping Engineering for manufacturability notes, Purchasing for supplier inputs, Operations and Quality for lead-time and capability checks, and Sales for clarifications. Throughout the day, you track quote status, log updates, and keep records clean and searchable. When revisions arrive, you coordinate updates, follow-ups, and re-approvals. Before submission, you perform a final accuracy check to ensure every quotation is complete and aligned to requirements. Along the way, you support the Quote Team Manager with administrative and quoting activities.What You’ll DoReview incoming RFQs, drawings, specifications, and customer documentationProcess and organize quote requests for internal reviewPrepare initial quote documentation and perform data entry within ERP systems and spreadsheetsCoordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, Quality, and Sales to gather information needed for quotationsTrack quote status and maintain organized quote recordsAssist with quote revisions, updates, and follow-up activitiesCommunicate professionally with internal teams regarding quote requirements and timelinesSupport the Quote Team Manager with administrative and quoting activities as neededEnsure accuracy and completeness of quote documentation prior to submissionAbout YouHigh school diploma required; associate degree preferredPrior administrative, customer service, manufacturing, or quoting experience preferredMeticulous attention to detail with strong organizational habitsComfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing settingClear written and verbal communicatorProficient with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelERP experience preferredCollaborative team playerWork SetupWork Environment: Office setting with regular interaction with production and warehouse areas.Physical Demands: Role may require occasional walking, standing, and warehouse site visits.Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for extended hours as needed.Location & Travel: Onsite in Milford, CT.
