This is an opportunity for someone who has already built real command of high-touch executive support juggling competing priorities under pressure, running point on complex logistics, and staying several steps ahead of a demanding leader and is looking for a role that matches that level of capability. What you'll do:Own the CEO's calendar in real time resolving conflicts, protecting focus time, and weaving in urgent external meetings without missing a beat Prepare the CEO for every meeting: materials, background, agendas, and logistics, so nothing is left to chance Keep the CEO on schedule throughout the day, coordinating internal teams and greeting external stakeholders with polish Plan a full year of recurring commitments in advance board meetings, leadership events, organization-wide gatherings down to the smallest detail Serve as a trusted voice on the CEO's behalf, drafting communications and representing the CEO's intent with precision Support event planning and external stakeholder engagement, including politically sensitive, high-visibility situations that call for excellent judgment You are:Energized by speed and intensity, not overwhelmed by it, and enjoy the satisfaction of making a real impact for the executive you support, as well as for the overall organization A fast learner who takes structure and feedback seriously and welcomes the practice of continuous improvement A sharp communicator with excellent judgment and impeccable writing Mission-driven at your core you want your day-to-day work to add up to something meaningful, and you bring that energy to whatever organization you're part of This is a mission-driven organization not political, not religious but built with the discipline, pace, and standards of a high-growth company.
