Remote Account Representative

A company is looking for an Account Representative to manage customer relationships and support sales initiatives remotely. Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and communicate the sales process to customers, ensuring alignment with field strategies Maintain proactive contact with assigned accounts and follow up on field team visits Support territory planning and assist with customer communications and promotional initiativesRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred Prior experience in inside sales, account management, and/or customer service Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships in a remote setting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred Previous telephone-based sales experience is highly desirable
