We have developed strategic cooperative partnerships with leading ocean carriers and logistics service providers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk Line, Sinotrans, etc.We have built up the ocean and air transport network from China to the world and introduced a series of innovative product offerings such as the First-class FCL, First-class LCL, First-class Air Freight, realizing online quotation, online order, online logistics tracking and other abundant functions, to build a more efficient and intelligent cross-border supply chain logistics.ResponsibilitiesProcess customer return packages by unpacking, verifying contents, and sorting according to established standardsAccurately enter return data into the system and update inventory recordsHandle exception cases (e.g., incorrect addresses, transit damage) and assist with re-shipmentsFollow up on operational tickets related to replacement shipments and product exchangesMaintain organized return documentation and generate reports as neededPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisorRequirementsMust have legal authorization to work in the U.S.Able to communicate effectively in English on a daily basisStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsibleStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to speak Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus, but not requiredJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In personStarting Pay: $17.00 per hour + OT
