Full Stack Engineer

Title: Senior IT Full Stack /Business System Analyst SupportLocation: San Diego, CA-OnsiteDuration: 3 Months with Potential to ExtendHours: M-F 8:30-5:30Travel: Up to 20%Notes:· Seeking candidates with true full-stack development experience, not solely Business Analysts or Project Managers.· Candidates should demonstrate strong experience throughout the entire SDLC, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support.· Experience supporting enterprise applications and working directly with business stakeholders is required.· Logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry experience is a plus but not required.· Please ensure resumes clearly highlight hands-on experience with the required technologies and business analysis responsibilities.Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise application development while partnering closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and deliver scalable technology solutions.This individual will serve as the liaison between business users, development teams, vendors, and third-party partners, leading projects from requirements gathering through implementation and ongoing production support.Key Responsibilities:· Develop and maintain full-stack Java applications and supporting databases.· Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications.· Design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise software solutions.· Troubleshoot production issues and drive root cause analysis through resolution.· Lead application enhancements and new system implementations.· Partner with business users to improve processes and identify technology solutions.· Manage software changes using a structured change management process.· Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and third-party partners.· Support API and EDI integrations, including monitoring and troubleshooting transaction flows.· Develop dashboards, reports, and system documentation.· Train end users on new functionality and system enhancements.Required Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.· 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.· 5+ years of hands-on full software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience in an Agile environment.· Strong experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications.· Experience leading projects and working directly with business stakeholders.· Strong troubleshooting and production support experience.Required Technical SkillsCandidates should have strong experience with:· Java· .NET / C#· JavaScript· TypeScript· HTML/CSS· SQL· PL/SQL or T-SQL· Database development· Git or SVN· REST APIs and system integrationsPreferred Qualifications:· Experience within the logistics or supply chain industry.· Knowledge of EDI integrations.· Experience creating dashboards and reporting solutions.· Previous technical leadership or project leadership experience.Soft Skills:· Excellent written and verbal communication.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.· Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technicalStakeholders.· Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
