We are proud of our rich family heritage and strive to improve every day.Plumbing Foreman Responsibilities and Duties (Essential Job Functions)Become familiar with each assigned project's plans, equipment, piping and estimate. Review contracts bid and quotes with estimators and provides useful feedback to estimators to help improve processes and accuracyLead and participate in project planning, scheduling and developing cost estimates. Set up project costs in accounting softwareProperly staff, manage, and support projects. Ensure that all project team members understand their roles and responsibilities on projectAssign subcontracts to required subcontractorsGather and submit submittals, RFIs, and change order requestsCompile and submit project closeout documents and O&MsOrder equipment and materials as requiredAttend all required sub meetings to include hand-off, closeoutCommunicate effectively and promptly with estimators, field, and customersMonitor project execution. Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and routed appropriately including backlog, monthly billing, and others as neededProvide constant support to the job site as required working with projects foreman and support filed crewsPlumbing Foreman QualificationsMust have a high school diploma, or General Equivalency Diploma, or GED.Must have a Utah Journeyman or Master licenseMust have at least four years or equivalent experience as a licensed plumbing journeymanTwo years of recent previous project management experience in new construction PlumbingRole models GUNTHERs Mission and Core Values with a high degree of integrityPossess exceptional organizational, training and communications skillsAbility to read and interpret plans, and related building codesProficient in Microsoft Office products, and possess the skill to learn and use additional computer software as neededFollows GUNTHERS' dress and grooming polices.
