Role Description This is a full-time role for an Automation Engineer II, based in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for a mix of on-site and remote work. The Automation Engineer II will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated systems; conducting troubleshooting and diagnostics to ensure optimal performance; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes. Additional responsibilities include managing projects related to process control, robotics, and electrical systems to drive efficiency and innovation. Qualifications Expertise in Automation and Robotics, including the ability to implement and optimize automated systemsStrong background in Electrical Engineering and Process Control, with experience in designing and maintaining control systemsProficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues to ensure smooth system functionalityExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teamsExperience with industrial systems is a plusBachelor’s degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
