Sales Development Representative (Field Sales) Location: Macon, GA Duration: 12-Month Contract Compensation: $29/hour on W2 + Uncapped CommissionPosition OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a growing field sales team focused on expanding partnerships with small and medium-sized businesses across emerging markets. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, prospecting new business, and closing deals in a fast-paced environment.This is a field-based position requiring regular travel throughout the assigned territory to meet business owners and decision-makers face-to-face.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, prospect, and engage new business opportunities within assigned territories.Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and key stakeholders.Present value propositions and partnership opportunities to prospective clients.Negotiate agreements and successfully close new business partnerships.Manage a high-volume sales pipeline and transactional sales cycle.Utilize a combination of inside and outside sales techniques to achieve sales goals.Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.Collaborate with sales leadership to execute territory growth strategies.Travel regularly throughout designated markets to support business development efforts.Required Qualifications2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in a closing role.Experience selling to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) preferred.Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage territory-based sales activities.Comfortable with frequent travel and face-to-face client interactions.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience selling to restaurants, hospitality businesses, or food and beverage establishments.Background in outside sales, business development, merchant services, advertising sales, SaaS, or related industries.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and execute market growth strategies.Additional InformationTravel is required and may include day trips, overnight stays, and extended driving within assigned territories.Travel-related expenses will be reimbursed.Compensation includes a competitive hourly rate plus uncapped commission opportunities based on performance.PrideGlobal and it's affiliates offers eligible employee's comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k)-retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance and employee discounts with preferred vendors.Equal Employment OpportunityPrideGlobal and it's affiliates are an equal opportunity employer.
