This role is ideal for someone who has foundational experience in media planning and is ready to take on more ownership in developing and managing cross-channel media strategies. You'll play a key role in connecting strategy to execution across digital, social, and traditional channels, ensuring our campaigns are insight-driven, performance-focused, and aligned with client objectives.This position requires a strong blend ofstrategic thinking, analytical rigor, and project management . You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners to translate marketing goals into media plans that deliver measurable business results.In This Role, You Will: Lead the development of integrated mediaplans across both digital and traditional media including but not limitedto: Digital video, display, paidsocial, paid search, spot TV & radio, print and out-of-home Translatemarketing strategies into actionable media recommendations that balanceinnovation, efficiency, and performance Collaborate withcross-functional teams including strategy, digital performance media(programmatic/paid social/paid search), analytics, creative, and accountmanagement to inform and align campaign plans Manage mediaRFPs, vendor negotiations, and media authorizations Monitor campaignperformance, analyze data, and optimize based on KPIs and insights Present mediaplans and reporting to internal stakeholders and clients, as appropriate Maintainaccurate media documentation including flowcharts, budget trackers, andreconciliation reports Stay informed onmedia trends, emerging platforms, and competitive activity to bring freshthinking to the team and clientsWhat We're Looking For: Bachelor'sdegree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Media Studies, or arelated field 1-3 years ofexperiencein media planning or buying at an agency or client-side marketing team Solidunderstanding of media channels and the role each plays in the customerjourney Proficiency with media planning/competitiveanalysis tools desired but not a requirement (e.g., MediaOcean/Prisma,MRI-Simmons, Vivvex, Pathmatics, etc.) Stronganalytical skills and familiarity with campaign measurement andoptimization techniques Exceptionalattention to detail and organizational skills Ability tomanage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Clear andconfident verbal and written communication skills A proactive,solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative spiritMRM is a modern relationship marketing agency dedicated to building enduring brand relationships. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
