This role isn't just about operating a forklift, it's about teamwork, precision, and occasionally rolling up your sleeves for some hands-on work!Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pmWhat You'll Do:Safely operate powered industrial forklifts to move materials throughout the distribution centerLoad and unload trailers per customer specificationsInspect inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damageUtilize RF scanners and maintain accurate paperworkBuild mixed pallets and prepare shipments (wrapping, banding, etc.)Perform occasional manual labor and case pickingMaintain equipment and adhere to strict safety standardsWhat We're Looking For:Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsStrong communication and basic math skillsSelf-starter who works well independentlyExperience with RF equipment preferredHigh School Diploma or GED preferredPhysical Requirements:Physical laborWork in varying temperatures (hot/cold)Comfortable with indoor/outdoor tasks and moderate noise levelsWhy Join Us?
