HR Contract Specialist

Job Description**Key Responsibilities:**Lead the implementation and optimization of Workday systems for HR.Collaborate with school leaders and administrative teams to align system functionality with educational and operational needs.Provide training and support for Workday users across schools.Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.Stay updated on Workday advancements and recommend system improvements.Skills:Extensive experience with Workday systems in a multi-location organization.Strong technical and project management skills.Excellent communication and training abilities.Understanding of data privacy regulations in the education sector.Analytical mindset to ensure system efficiency and alignment with goals.ISP PrinciplesBegin with our children and students.
