The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about brand storytelling through visual content. This role will play a key part in coordinating photo and video content production while managing physical and digital brand assets across all channels. The Production + Content Coordinator will report directly to our Art + Copy Director to bring campaigns and content to life. We are a small, but ambitious team looking for a collaborative team player to help support and scale our growing marketing efforts.This position is open for full-time work at tasc's Uptown Office in New Orleans, LA.Creative Project Management Own day-to-day creative project coordination for the marketing team, ensuring content and creative assets move efficiently from concept to executionMaintain and manage creative project management tools, organizing tasks, tracking timelines, assigning deliverables, and ensuring all projects stay on schedulePartner with internal stakeholders to track project progress and ensure timely delivery of creative assets across marketing channelsContent Creator + Talent Management Own content creator management across brand channels, including scouting and vetting new creators that align with the brand’s look and feelDevelop shot lists and creative briefs for content creators to ensure deliverables align with campaign goals and brand standardsCoordinate communication with creators and/or their agents including timelines, deliverables, usage rights, approvals, and project expectationsManage relationships and communication with external partners such as agencies, content creators, talent, and production vendorsOwn product seeding to content creators/editors/influencers/talent including coordinating product orders, distribution, and tracking placements across brand channelsPhoto + Video Production Own all matters of photo, video, and content production for internal in-studio, on-location, and outsourced shootsDevelop, distribute, and update production materials including call sheets, photo releases, production schedules, and contact sheetsProduce select in-house product photography including flat lay imagery and simple product shots for marketing and digital channelsAssist with styling and composition of flat lay photography, ensuring alignment with brand standards and seasonal storytellingAssist in building product shot lists and maintain strong product knowledgeTrack and maintain internal photoshoot budgets including editorial, e-commerce, flat lay, and content creator shoots; update actuals and track project progress while identifying cost-saving opportunitiesExecute basic photo editing and light retouching to prepare assets for marketing useOwn post-production processes including organizing and auditing image + video files and managing communication with retouching partnersAsset Management Manage product samples for photoshoots and content creators including pulling, steaming, organizing, and distributing samplesDevelop and maintain an internal sample inventory systemManage props and accessories for productions including sourcing, ordering, and maintaining organizationOwn asset management by filing and auditing image and video assets for internal and external useRequirements1-2 years of experience working within film, creative production, or content creation environmentsExperience working in apparel space preferredExcellent communication skills with the ability to clearly collaborate with internal team members and external vendorsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Premier, and IllustratorAbility to photograph products, perform basic retouching, and edit/color-correct garments for digital and print useSolid understanding of photo + video content, content creation, and industry trendsAbility to lift and move up to 25 lbs as needed (e.g., transporting clothing racks, props, and production materials for shoots).Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle to transport clothing, props, and other production items to and from shoot locations.Must be able to work in the New Orleans-based office 5 days a weekBenefitsCompetitive salary401K RetirementHealth insuranceThe PerksDiscounted ClothingPup friendly office environmentGroup team building events (happy hour, team outings, etc.)
