Laundromat Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Laundromat & Dry Clean Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of dry cleaning and laundry experience and a strong commitment to teamwork. As a Laundromat & Dry Clean Attendant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality laundry and dry cleaning services while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Take dry cleaning, laundry, and pressing order in accordance with established standards and procedures. Sort, tag, and classify garments and textiles for cleaning, repair, or alteration. Inspect garments for stains, damage, or special care requirements, and determine appropriate cleaning methods. Maintain accurate records of customer orders, including pickup and delivery schedules. Handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and address any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks. Assist in the maintenance of a clean and organized workspace. Adhere to all safety and quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction and safety. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of dry cleaning experience is required. Knowledge of dry cleaning and laundry processes, equipment, and materials. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address garment stains and special care requirements. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Team player with the ability to work harmoniously with colleagues to achieve common goals. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina and ability to lift, carry, and move laundry and dry cleaning equipment and garments. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
