About the CompanyWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Risk Analyst to support enterprise risk management initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating financial, operational, regulatory, and strategic risks. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis, risk modeling, and reporting tools to deliver actionable insights that support business objectives, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.About the RoleThe Risk Analyst will perform comprehensive risk assessments and analyze large datasets to identify risk exposure, trends, anomalies, and control gaps.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive risk assessments across financial, operational, compliance, and business functions.Analyze large datasets to identify risk exposure, trends, anomalies, and control gaps.Develop and maintain risk models, scorecards, dashboards, and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).Prepare detailed risk analysis reports and executive-level presentations for leadership teams.Monitor market, credit, operational, and regulatory risks impacting organizational performance.Support internal and external audits by providing risk documentation, analysis, and recommendations.Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance risk management effectiveness and reporting accuracy.Assist in developing and maintaining enterprise risk management policies and procedures.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.2+ years of experience in risk analysis, financial analysis, compliance, audit, or related analytical roles.Strong understanding of enterprise risk management principles and risk assessment methodologies.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and visualization tools.Preferred SkillsExperience with Python, R, SAS, or statistical modeling tools.Knowledge of SOX, GAAP, Basel, AML, or other regulatory/compliance frameworks.Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or risk management platforms.Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, CPA, or CRM are preferred.
