Acquisition Program Liaison
SRC, Inc. is currently seeking an Acquisition Program Liaison to support the COMPASS CALL EA-37B & EC-130H program and sustainment planning. The selected candidate will support the acquisition of aircraft systems and training devices, fielding of new or updated capabilities, and program sustainment. The position will report to and support the SRC Big Safari Supervisor at Davis-Monthan AFB. The position may also be required to support the test activities.What You'll DoServe as a subject matter expert on electronic attack and assist weapon system operators as requiredSupport system requirements, technical and management meetingsSupport test planning and test conduct of current and new systemsDefine training requirements for weapon system training devices and support equipmentSupport technical evaluations of aircraft and training systems proposalsAssist with defining Distributed Mission Operations (or similar system) requirements for training devicesSupport and advising the program office on operational EA and training issuesSupport acquisition and fielding of the weapon system, training devices and support equipmentWhat You'll BringBachelors degree and 10+ years of related experience, including 6+ years program management experienceAn active Top Secret clearance is required. Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and maintain TS/SCI and SAP eligibility.Experience and proficiency in one or more applicable areas, e.g., Electronic Attack, SIGINT or ELINTHands-on experience with mission planning systemsStrong interpersonal, team building and communication/presentation skillsAt least 8 years of Electronic Attack operational experience—Compass Call experience preferredAt least 8 years of systems engineering and/or test and integration at national test ranges with emphasis on communication and radar systemsAn understanding of antenna parameters and performanceExperience with DoD flight test and evaluation and/or interacting with test rangesExperience with training systems—instructor/evaluator preferredAt least 3 years’ experience in leading operational EA crews and/or Integrated Product Teams composed of government and support contractor personnel What Sets Us Apart?SRC, Inc., a not-for-profit research and development company, combines information, science, technology and ingenuity to solve “impossible” problems in the areas of defense, environment and intelligence. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Tucson, AZ is estimated at $129,000 to $160,000 annually.
