Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, plumbing, electrical, security, carpentry, heating, mechanical systems, and painting.Performance ResponsibilitiesInspect all buildings regularly to ensure safety, security, upkeep, maintenance, and repair.Complete work orders as received, prioritizing tasks based on safety, security, and potential for damage.Maintain the district-provided vehicle in good working order and ensure it remains clean and organized.Communicate daily with the Building Maintenance Coordinator regarding the status of work orders.Coordinate with the Building Maintenance Coordinator to identify needed supplies, parts, and services for maintenance assignments and projects.Respond to alarm calls as determined by the Director of Facilities, which may include nights and weekends.Perform any other duties as assigned by the Building Maintenance Coordinator or Director of Facilities.
