Mental Health Program Manager
CODA, Inc. seeking a dedicated and experienced Mental Health Program Manager to lead our mental health initiatives delivered in residential settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for the informing, implementation, and evaluating of mental health programs that address the needs of our diverse community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Program Management and Development:
Inform, implementing, and evaluating mental health programs.
Developing and updating program policies and procedures.
Ensuring programs meet state and federal regulations and standards.
Monitoring program performance and making adjustments as necessary.
Staff Supervision and Training:
Recruiting, hiring, and training mental health staff, including Residential counselors, skills trainers, ICM staff, clinical staff and support staff.
Providing ongoing supervision, support, and professional development opportunities.
Conducting performance evaluations and addressing any staff issues.
Client Services:
Overseeing the intake and assessment process for new clients.
Ensuring clients receive appropriate and timely mental health services.
Monitoring client progress and outcomes.
Addressing any client concerns or complaints.
Administrative Duties:
Managing program budgets and resources.
Preparing reports for funding agencies, stakeholders, and governing bodies.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
Coordinating with other healthcare providers, social services, and community organizations.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
Conducting regular audits and quality assurance checks.
Implementing corrective actions as needed to address any deficiencies.
Community Outreach and Advocacy:
Building and maintaining relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
Liaison with county and regulatory authority
Crisis Management:
Responding to mental health crises and emergencies.
Developing and implementing crisis intervention strategies.
Providing support and guidance to staff during crisis situations.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Collecting and analyzing data to monitor program utilization and effectiveness.
Using data to inform decision-making and program improvements.
Reporting outcomes to Leadership and county/state agencies.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Masters Degree from nationally accredited school in a human service discipline
Four years of direct behavioral health counseling and two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a community behavioral health treatment setting
Two years supervisory experience
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
QMHP
Valid Oregon or Washington Drivers License

Pay: $75,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
