Elder Law Attorney

Ainsworth, Thelin & Raftice is looking for a full-time Attorney with Estate Planning, Probate and MaineCare experience to join our team in South Portland, Maine.The ideal candidate must have: ·        Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school·        Admission to the Maine State Bar·        Experience with Estate Planning, Probate and Mainecare;   ·        Understanding of MaineCare eligibility requirements and experience completing applications and securing supporting documentation; ·        Excellent multitasking skills including attention to detail, organizing and prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and drafting high-quality documents;·        High degree of professionalism and interpersonal skills including maintaining positive communication with clients, professionals, courts and co-workers. ·        Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, e-Recording, EZFile, and case management software.
