This role is pivotal in driving financial & operational efficiency, across our HVAC and Plumbing division. Peachy Keen is a customer-focused home services company dedicated to providing exceptional Air Conditioning (HVAC), Plumbing, Clean Water Filtration, and Air Quality Solutions & Heating Services. What You’ll Do Manage accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online Support monthly financial reporting and budgeting Collaborate with leadership on financial strategy and growth planning What You Bring 2+ years of Quickbooks online bookkeeping experience Knowledge of inventory processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines A growth mindset and interest in expanding your role as the company grows Bonus: Experience in service-based industries or multi-location operations Schedule & Growth Path Part-time: 16 hours/week to start Growth Opportunity: As Peachy Keen expands, this role is designed to evolve into a full-time position.
