Job DescriptionSurgery Veterinary Technician or Veterinary AssistantJob DescriptionWe are looking for a dynamic and experienced fulltime Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant to join our technical team assisting with dentals and surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have experiment placing IV catheters, drawing blood., be professional, upbeat, friendly and passionate about animals. Ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of veterinary surgical and anesthesia procedure experience. Plaza Del Amo Animal Hospital is a four doctor general practice, primarily seeing dogs and cats. We also provide a full service grooming department, day and long term boarding with luxury suites. We are open Monday - Friday 8am-6pm and Saturday 8am-4pm. The starting wage for this position is $18/hr- $23.00hr. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.
